bead-rs

  • bead init below an existing workspace fails closed naming it (exit 4) unless --nested, never silently adopting the ancestor, so that cargo test --test cli_init passes. Work on this issue directly. in progress
  • bead-rs: put Quick start right after Install and verify it against the released binary from a fresh clone in progress

pdftract

  • Phase 0 exit gate unmet: no milestone-tag test has ever triggered the release pipeline end-to-end open
  • Push v0.1.0-test.1 and verify the cascade publishes a GitHub prerelease with binaries and SHA256SUMS (gh release view), with no registry publish. Work on this issue directly. open
  • Restore the github-pat-pdftract ExternalSecret as external-secrets.io/v1 sourcing secret/rs-manager/iad-ci/github/webhook-secret, so it reports SecretSynced in iad-ci. Work on this issue directly. open
  • forgejo-commit-status post step runs without a runtime apk install, so pdftract commits show iad-ci/pdftract-ci pending and terminal statuses on Forgejo. Work on this issue directly. open
  • pdftract test tags (vX.Y.Z-test[.N]) run the release cascade with dry_run=true: GitHub prerelease only, every registry leg skipped. Proven by live Sensor and WorkflowTemplate jq checks. Work on this issue directly. open
  • pdftract-ci setup clones the private Forgejo repo with the credential helper into an empty /workspace, so a pdftract-main-verify setup pod logs '=== Repository ready ==='. Work on this issue directly. open
  • pdftract-ci verify for a pdftract main commit reaches Succeeded end to end (first full run since setup was fixed). Work on this issue directly. open
